About us

We founded Serious Nature because we believe that environmental sustainability is both critical and urgent for the business community and ultimately for our planet. Serious Nature is a non-profit foundation mainly funded by www.afjochnickfoundation.nl . Our goal is to help businesses accelerate their environmental performance. We do this by designing and developing projects that educate and inspire the business community. We spread awareness by capturing relevant scientific evidence behind climate change and ecosystem degradation and we present it so that it can be easily understood. We strongly believe in the power of the good example, therefore we search for and use successful business examples to inspire, trigger innovation and drive competition.
